Grace is the founder of SMILEBIZ LLC a personal development company that offers services for professional working women to help maximize their personal growth emotionally, spiritually, and professionally.

 

She empowers women to know their value and become the best version of themselves.

She is a master at teaching women how to balance their life and achieve their goals. She has created signature programs to help professional millennial women do just that!

 

With her expertise in mental health, Grace understands the importance of self-development skills and behavioral modifications for a more balanced life.

She is a single mother of one who went from being  unemployed to a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Graduated cum laude at Chamberlain College of Nursing and graduated with her Master's degree at Drexel University College of Nursing and Health Professions.

 

Balancing school, work, and motherhood at times was challenging; nevertheless, her philosophy is "Motherhood is an extension, not a limitation".

She is an active member of her church and part of the women ministry where women of faith come together to do life together. 

 

She is also part of Minority Christian Women Entrepreneurs Network group. Her mission is to help women live their life more abundantly.
